Due to the heavy rains in Sircilla town, people living in old houses, huts and dilapidated residences should be in alert, in the surrounding areas along the Maneru River the adults should ensure that their children do not go into the rivers and streams. Due to the incessant rains, there is a possibility of inundation of the low lying areas. The situation will remain like this for two days and the weather department has issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rains, people are advised not to go out unless it is urgent and not to go to the Maneru river bank or immersion area.
