Double bedroom houses allotment is a bogus says MLA Shankar

RSD- Rangareddy news: Shadnagar MLA Veerlapalli Shankar said that the previous government boasted that they were building double bedroom houses for poor people and tried their best to allot houses to the eligible but after losing the election, the irregularities in allotment of double bedroom houses came to light. He made key comments on double bedroom houses during a media conference organized at the MLA’s camp office on 04.03.2024. He said that the list of beneficiaries selected by the previous government for double bedroom houses has not come to the attention even today. He said that even the media did not question what the previous rulers had done together. The MLA dismissed it as a bogus allotment that the names of the beneficiaries were written down in the case of double bedroom houses at will. He said that the real deserving ones will be identified and a house will be allotted to them. The MLA said that this matter was also mentioned in the assembly. He said that if the poor people need the houses for their welfare and give them to the undeserving ones without allocating them to the deserved, the purpose of it will be changed. He said that if the Congress government comes, 3500 houses will be provided to the deserving beneficiaries. In the case of allotment of houses, media representatives also advised to cooperate with the government in the matter of allotment of houses.
MLA Veerlapalli Shankar said that it is a very good thing to point out the errors in terms of media and boldly suggested to the media that the media representatives should ask and clarify it. He said that this is a good development to bring to their attention what people are hearing. Veerlapalli Shankar made it clear that he has great respect for the media and that he will always treat them as his own. Veellapally Shankar said that even though the media is writing the facts here and there, he has no disagreement about it and he will appreciate those who criticized him and said the facts. Congress leaders Mohammed Ali Khan Babar, Raghu Chendi Tirupati Reddy, Chennaiah, Balaraj Goud, Raju , Krishna Reddy ,Chandrasekhar, Srikanth Reddy, Purushottam Reddy, Mahbub Mubarak, Sattiah and others participated in the media conference.
