Fine imposed on auto driver for carrying more than limit
RSD- Sircilla news: On 07.08.2024, Blue Colt Constable Qasim, while on patrol, came across an auto driver named Komire Abhishek from Gudem village who was speeding and recklessly driving with more than the limit (16 students) in the auto, which was causing danger to the lives of school children. He complained that necessary action should be taken against the auto driver as per the law. Mustabad SI Ganesh registered a case and filed a chargesheet in the court. After examining the background of the case, Judge Praveen imposed a fine of Rs. 2000/- on the auto driver on 26.03.2025, Mustabad SI Ganesh said. Legal action will be taken if passengers are loaded in vehicles beyond the limit. Auto drivers should follow traffic rules and not load passengers and students beyond the limit in autos, and legal action will be taken if they are loaded beyond the limit, Mustabad SI said.
