RSD- Sircilla news: According to the instructions of Additional Director General of Police, Women Safety Wing, (She Teams and Bharosa), Telangana, Hyderabad, District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS has asked those interested to apply for the selection of temporary staff in Bharosa Center which is going to be established in Rajannasircilla district.
Bharosa Center Rajannasircilla for appointment on contract basis to work as Councilor cum Center Coordinator (01 post), Legal Supporting Person (01 post), Support Person (02 post), Receptionist (01) ANM (01) suitable on contract basis without service regularization rights. Applications are invited from female candidates. These recruitments are for a period of one year only. The same period is extended every year as per requirement and budget. Biodata, Education Certificates, Experience Certificate are all the requested documents.

1) Councilor cum Center Coordinator
Only female candidates age 25 yrs. 40 years should apply, Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000/-+5000, Qualification: Msc in psychology or MA in psychology or Master of social work
Experience
1. Not less than 24 months relevant experience in providing psychosocial counseling to women/children.
2. Conducted not less than 100 counseling sessions for at least 50 concerned clients.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with past experience of counseling victims
4. Preference will be given to candidates working in women and child sector, social sector, voluntary organization.
5. Applicants should have the above mentioned experience as part of our recent or past employment.
2) Legal Supporting Person:
Only female candidates age 25 yrs to40 years should apply, Monthly Salary: Rs. 22,000/- Qualification : LLB, LL.M
Experience
1) Should not have less than 24 months of experience, should have been able to handle not less than 10 cases related to women and children independently or with senior counsel.
2) Should have experience in DV / Rape / Other Family Court Cases / POCSO. Must have experience supporting PP / DLSA. Experience in briefing clients and witnesses (at least 10 cases) Experience in conducting mock trials.
3) Support Person:
Female candidates only, age 25 years. Must be within 35 years , Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000/-
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work, Child Development / Psychologist.
Experience:
Applicants should have not less than 12 months of experience working in the field of child rights or child protection or should have worked with a State Child Protection Society or similar organization or should have been an officer of a Children’s Home or Shelter Home under the care of children or should have been employed in a District Child Protection Unit.
4) Receptionist.
Female candidates only, age 25 years. Must be within 35 years , Monthly Salary: Rs. 15,000/-
Eligibility: Any degree with computer knowledge,
Experience = Not less than 24 months experience as Receptionist.
5) Multipurpose Health Worker (ANM).
Only female candidates, age 25 years. Must be within 35 years, Monthly Salary: Rs. 16,000/-
Qualification: Bsc Nursing/GNM/ANM 2 years experience
Experience = Must have worked with Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, Surgeon for not less than 24 months.
