𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟬𝟯 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

RSD- Hyderabad news: On 25-05-2025, acting on credible intelligence, the Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone Team, Hyderabad, in coordination with authorized copyright representatives of Apple Inc., conducted a successful raid near Hari Mazjid, Miralam Mandi (under Mirchowk PS limits). During the operation, three accused persons were apprehended for illegally procuring, stocking, and selling counterfeit Apple-branded mobile accessories. The fake products were closely imitating original Apple packaging, including replicated logos, MRP stickers, security seals, and outer covers, misleading customers and damaging the Apple brand.

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱:

1. Mohd Shahid Ali (48), R/o Miralam Mandi, Hyderabad — Procured and stored counterfeit accessories.

2. Irfan Ali (49), R/o L.B Nagar — Purchased and distributed counterfeit accessories.

3. Santosh Rajpurohit (39), R/o Afzalgunj, Proprietor of PM Mobiles, Gujrathi Galli, Koti — Sold counterfeit accessories at his retail outlet.

𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲: ₹𝟯,𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬/-

𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶: The accused sourced counterfeit Apple accessories from agents in Mumbai, repackaged them with fake Apple branding, and sold them as genuine products to the public, thereby cheating consumers and making illegal profits.      All three accused along with the seized material were handed over to the SHO, Mirchowk PS for further legal action.
