163 BNSS (Section 144) implemented at exam centers during intermediate exams

RSD-Sircilla news: In the context of the conduct of intermediate annual examinations, 163 BNSS (Section 144) will be implemented at 10 examination centers set up under the Sircilla sub-division from 25-02-2026 to 18-03-2026 every day from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm, Sircilla DSP Nagendrachari said. He said that security arrangements have been made to ensure that the examinations are conducted in a peaceful environment as per the orders of the District SP. He said that special surveillance will be set up at the examination centers to prevent any untoward incidents.

The rules to be implemented are:

● Two or more people should not gather at the examination centers.

● Prohibited items should not be carried around at the examination centers.

● Xerox centres within 200 metres of the examination centre will be closed from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM.

Students, parents and the public appearing for the examinations have been requested to cooperate with the police department and follow the rules.
