2 lakh fine for high interest rates illegal financiers

RSD- Illanthakunta news: A person named Mollankula Balayya from Lingapur village of Illanthakunta mandal is conducting illegal usury business and collecting high interest by supporting the financial needs of the people. The District Collector said that a fine of Rs 2,00,000/- has been imposed on Mollankula Balayya. Speaking on this occasion, C.I. said that by supporting the financial needs of the people, by giving money to interest and charging high interest from them, debtors are committing suicide because they are unable to pay such high interest, and if they violate the law and oppress the common people with high interest rates, strict action will be taken. The SP requested that the details of those who run illegal financial business without permission can be given to him at the district police office and also to complain to the local police on dial 100. He said that the police department will work with the aim of keeping the details of those who have given information confidential and doing a thorough investigation and provide justice to the victims.
