Husband sentenced for 10 years jail and fined for killing his wife
RSD- Gambiraopet news: According to the details, Kadari Rajasekhar of Gambirao Peta village S/o Vijaya Rao age: 35yrs, beat his wife Kadari Bhagya on suspicion on 02.12.2020. Due to such beatings, Bhagya died in the hospital on 12.12.2020. The then Yellareddypet CI Bhansilal registered a case on this incident and sent Rajasekhar to remand and filed a charge sheet in the court. Court Constable Srinivas and CMS Constable Naveen, under the supervision of Court Monitoring SI Ravindra Naidu, presented 16 witnesses in the court, while Public Prosecutor P. Srinivas argued on behalf of the prosecution. The judge, who examined the antecedents of the case, found the accused Kadari Rajasekhar guilty as the crime was proven. The District SP said that Rajasekhar has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and a fine of Rs. 10,000/- was imposed by Chief Justice of Sircilla, Smt. Premalatha. Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that no one who commits a crime in the society can escape punishment, only punishment can bring about change in the society, and that the police and prosecution should conduct a legal investigation and justice with strategy and ensure that the punishment is exacted. The District SP specially congratulated PP P. Srinivas, CMS SI Ravindra Naidu, Court Constable Srinivas, CMS Constable Naveen, then CI Bansilal, current DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy, CI Srinivas, and SI Srikanth, who worked hard to punish the accused in the case.
