Authorities should respond to shortage of teachers in government schools

RSD-Sircilla news: The shortage of teachers in Chinna Bonala and Mushtipalli government schools under the 10th ward of Siricilla Municipality is seriously affecting the teaching and learning process. Former ward councilor of ward 10 Bolgam Nagaraj Goud along with the members of the Chinna Bonala Amma Adarshpathashala Committee and Mushtipelli Amma Adarshpathashala Committee submitted a petition to the District Collector, DEO and MEO in a public program on 09.06.2025, demanding that teachers be allocated according to the ratio of students.In Chinna Bonala school, there are only 4 teachers for 65 students, two on deputation and one has retired. Similarly, only one teacher is on duty for 15 students in Mushtipalli primary school. According to G.O. No. 25, additional teachers should be appointed according to this number.Bandari Bhagyava, Guggila Lavanya, Lalitha, B. Vinod, Narala Latha, Saroja, Ananya, Limbavva, Suresh, Mahesh, Babu, Parashuramulu, Ramesh, Shiva, Kumar, Anil, Narsayya and others participated in the submission of this petition.They requested the government to respond immediately and appoint teachers to maintain the educational standards.
