Awareness seminar for students on drugs

RSD-Tangallapalli news: On 17.02.2026 a seminar on narcotic drugs and overcoming stress in exams was organized by renowned psychologist K. Punnamchander. Telangana Gurukul School, Baddenapalli, and Nerella Girls College, Kasturba Balika Vidyalaya, Tangallapalli students were given awareness about drugs, positive attitude towards exams. Psychologist Kanuntla Punnamchander, who participated in the program, explained the types of drugs and the ill effects of their use. He advised the children to stay away from those who use them. He said that increasing concentration towards studies, developing a positive attitude towards exams and developing a positive attitude towards exams can lead to success in the entrance exams. Necessary advice was provided through counseling. Also, Excise Inspector Bathini Raghu made us all pledge to cooperate in this regard that the government is working for a drug-free Telangana.
