Case registered on a person for running prostitution in Akshaya lodge

RSD- Vemulawada news: Strict action will be taken if the lodge and hotels are involved in anti-social activities said Vemulawada Town Inspector Veera Prasad. Speaking on this occasion, the inspector said, a person named Malle Ratnayaya s/o Pedda Ankayya, age 38y, from Vemulawada town, along with Akshaya Lodge owner Seelam Vijay Kumar, were bringing girls from Hyderabad and running prostitution in Akshaya Lodge. Police conducted an inspection at Akshaya Lodge and arrested a man, a girl and Malle Ratnayaya and Seelam Vijay Kumar. A case was registered and Malle Ratnayaya was sent to remand today, said Vemulawada Town Inspector Veera Prasad. He said that strict action will be taken against those involved in anti-social activities in hotels and lodges, that surprise inspections will be conducted in hotels and lodges from time to time, Aadhaar cards and other identity cards of those who come to stay in lodges should be taken without fail, CCTV cameras should be installed in the lodges, otherwise legal action will have to be taken, and if any new or suspicious persons are seen, they should inform the police.
