Free Medical Camp Under Helping Hearts

RSD-Sircilla news: On 26.02.2026 a free health camp was organized for the workers of the Handloom Cooperative Society in Rajiv Nagar and their family members under the NGO Helping Hearts Welfare Society with the help of the medical team of Aluvala Eshwar Medicover Hospital, President of Helping Hearts. DR. Vidya Prakash participated in this health camp and conducted general health checks, blood pressure, sugar, weight, hemoglobin, E.C.G. tests like this and provided medical advice to those in need. The doctors made the workers aware about health protection. On this occasion, experts made several suggestions. They said that they should get their health checked regularly. They should provide the body with the necessary nutrients by eating nutritious food. They said that they should sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Psychologist K. Punnamchander spoke and said that positive changes should be made in lifestyle. He urged people to get used to exercise and walking. He also urged people to give priority to mental health and to contact the Mind Care Center in case of need. Helping Hearts President Aluvala Easwar spoke and said that protecting the health of workers is key to the development of society.
