RSD_ Government schemes should be utilized says district collector

RSD- Sircilla news: Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha called on the tribals to utilize government schemes. Under the Tribal Welfare Department, celebrations were held at the auditorium of the district integrated offices complex on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Birsa Munda, the leader of the movement who fought for tribal rights. The Collector attended and first lit the lamp, garlanded the portrait of Birsa Munda and paid tributes. A meeting was held to discuss the rapid implementation of the Dharti Aaba Jana Jatiya Gram Utkarsha Abhiyan from the intention to the tribal welfare. The Collector spoke on the occasion and praised Birsa Munda as the leader of the movement who fought for tribal rights. Officials said that this program has been launched in 63,843 tribal villages of the country under the Central Government with an outlay of Rs. 79,156 crores to provide minimum facilities in the coming five years. It was revealed that this scheme was launched on the occasion of Birsa Munda Jayanti for the economic development, accommodation, education and employment of the tribals in coordination with all departments. Later, several cultural programs were organized.

Congratulations to the talented students

Tribal student Malavat Soundarya was specially congratulated for winning the gold medal in the Khe Lo India national level cycling competition. Officials also congratulated the students who showed talent in various competitions at the state level and district level and hoped that they would excel in all competitions in the coming days and show talent in national and international level competitions.
