Grand launch of NCC classes at Kusumaramayya High School

RSD-Sircilla news: The inauguration ceremony for NCC (National Cadet Corps) parades and classes was held on 04.04.2026 with great grandeur at Kusumaramayya High School in Shivanagar, Rajanna Sircilla district. Conducted amidst the enthusiasm of the students and the encouragement of the teachers, the event captivated everyone in attendance. On this occasion, under the guidance of the NCC staff and the Caretaking Officer (CTO), cadets were provided with training in drills, parade procedures, and basic fundamentals. The students participated in the training with great discipline, showcasing their talent and aptitude. The Headmaster and the teaching faculty participated in the event, delivering inspirational messages to the students. They emphasized that the NCC serves as an excellent platform for cultivating values such as discipline and patriotism, thereby helping students grow into responsible citizens in the future. They advised the students to actively participate in such programs alongside their academic studies, thereby bringing honor to their school, their parents, and their teachers. Speaking at the event, the school’s CTO announced that 25 students have been selected for the NCC this year. He stated that the goal is to increase this number to 50 in the coming year. Furthermore, he highlighted the numerous opportunities available within the NCC such as participating in the Republic Day Parade and various training camps and urged the students to make the most of these prospects. Overall, the event marked a promising beginning toward fostering patriotism, discipline, and leadership qualities among the students.
