Home guard driver Teja averts major accident through vigilance
RSD-Sircilla news: On 30.03.2026 night, around 2:00 AM, while the Sircilla DSP was conducting a patrol in the Tangalapalli Mandal headquarters, strong winds caused power lines to snap and fall across the road at Tadoor Junction. As the patrol vehicle approached the area, the driver, Teja, immediately noticed the hazardous situation and reacted with great alertness. He promptly stopped the vehicle, assessed the potential danger, and informed the DSP. The DSP immediately notified officials from the concerned department, who subsequently repaired the wires, thereby successfully preventing any accidents. Police officials commended Driver Teja for his presence of mind and quick thinking, noting that his proactive vigilance in identifying the danger had averted a major mishap.
