As part of this historic celebration, the&nbsp;Ministry of Tribal Affairs&nbsp;launched the&nbsp;Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, envisaged as the&nbsp;world\u2019s largest tribal grassroots leadership mission, reaching over&nbsp;11.5 crore tribal citizens&nbsp;across&nbsp;1 lakh villages &amp;&nbsp;tolas in&nbsp;30 States\/UTs. The initiative was formally inaugurated by the Prime Minister on&nbsp;17th September 2025&nbsp;at&nbsp;Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tribal Village Vision 2030 \u2013 The Heart of Adi Sewa Parv<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A historic milestone was achieved on&nbsp;2nd October 2025, when tribal villages and tolas formally passed their&nbsp;Tribal Village Vision 2030 Declaration&nbsp;during&nbsp;Special Gram Sabhas. This participatory process ensures that every tribal community charts its own development priorities for the next decade, aligned with&nbsp;Viksit Bharat@2047. Under this initiative, one lakh Village Visions and Adi Seva Kendras are under progress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Features of the Tribal Village Vision 2030 Declaration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Community-Led Development:<\/strong>\u00a0Villagers actively participated in\u00a0<strong>Transect Walks, Focused Group Discussions (FGDs), and Gap Analysis<\/strong>to identify local needs and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Village-Level Priorities:<\/strong>\u00a0Each declaration outlines actionable goals in\u00a0<strong>education, health, livelihood, social and financial inclusion, and infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration with Government Schemes:<\/strong>\u00a0Actions were mapped under\u00a0<strong>PM JANMAN, Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan 2.0<\/strong>, and other central and state programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Institutional Mechanism:<\/strong>\u00a0Establishment of\u00a0<strong>Adi Sewa Kendras<\/strong>in every village as\u00a0<strong>single-window citizen service centres<\/strong>, with villagers contributing\u00a0<strong>1 hour per week<\/strong>\u00a0of voluntary service (<strong>Adi Sewa Samay<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology-Enabled Governance:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0<strong>AI-powered Adi Vaani App<\/strong>\u00a0connects government officers with tribal communities in\u00a0<strong>native languages<\/strong>, ensuring real-time communication and last-mile scheme delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This participatory approach empowers villages to become active&nbsp;<strong>co-creators of their development<\/strong>, fosters&nbsp;<strong>accountability<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> and ensures that&nbsp;<strong>every citizen\u2019s voice shapes the future<\/strong>of their community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scale of Participation (As per data uploaded on Adi Karmayogi Portal):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approx.\u00a0<strong>300 districts<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>46,040 villages<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>78 lakh+ participants<\/strong>in Village Vision 2030 exercises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7.5 lakh+ Adi Sathi and Sahyogi<\/strong>\u00a0engaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During this period, individual entitlement cards including\u00a0<strong>Aadhaar, Ayushman Bharat, PM Kisan, PM Jan Dhan<\/strong>\u00a0were created and distributed to\u00a0<strong>23 lakh beneficiaries<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reimagining Governance \u2013 Grassroots Leadership Model<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since&nbsp;<strong>10th July 2025<\/strong><strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>20 lakh senior officers, SHG women, and tribal youth<\/strong>&nbsp;have been trained as&nbsp;<strong>Adi Karmayogis<\/strong>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<strong>7-day residential Governance Process Labs<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> They are equipped to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure\u00a0<strong>last-mile delivery of government schemes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote\u00a0<strong>convergence of departmental resources<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage tribal communities as\u00a0<strong>equal partners in governance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Highlights of Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>20 Lakh Trained Change-Makers<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Officials, SHG women, and youth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 Lakh Villages, 1 Vision<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Tribal Village Vision 2030 formally adopted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 Lakh Adi Sewa Kendras<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Single-window citizen service centres with weekly\u00a0<strong>Adi Sewa Hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Village-Led Grievance Redressal<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Timely resolution of issues and scheme coverage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact at Scale:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>11.5 Crore Tribal Citizens Empowered<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 Lakh Villages \u2022 30 States\/UTs \u2022 550 Districts \u2022 3,000 Blocks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>20 Lakh Adi Karmayogis<\/strong>\u00a0as Grassroots Leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shri Jual Oram, Union Minister for Tribal Affairs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The adoption of Tribal Village Vision 2030 is a transformative moment for India\u2019s tribal communities.
