It was at this stage that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) requested that the bail orders be stayed for at least 48 hours to allow them to approach the higher court.But this plea was dismissed by the Special Judge. The court ordered Kejriwal to be released on a surety bond of Rs.1 lakh and imposed certain conditions. The Delhi High Court stayed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal&#8217;s bail order in the Delhi Liquor Policy case.The ED moved the High Court challenging Kejriwal&#8217;s bail. The Delhi High Court stayed the bail order passed by the trial court.
