RSD-Yellareddypet news: Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that the intermediate stage is very crucial for every student. As per the instructions of the state government, a parent teacher meeting (PTM) was held at the Government Junior College in Yellareddypet mandal center on 26.09.2025, and the collector attended as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha clarified that the intermediate stage is crucial for every student after completing the tenth grade. He explained that the scope of each subject increases from intermediate onwards. He called on all students to master all subjects related to their chosen groups and also prepare for competitive exams. He advised them to make good use of the library in the college. He said that there are many opportunities in other fields such as not only doctors and engineers but also lawyers, architects, teachers, businessmen and others. Every student should make the most of their time from the first year of Inter and study diligently for a better future. He said that parents should also educate their children at home. He said that with the direct participation of parents, junior colleges will become stronger and their former glory will return. The Collector assured that he would resolve the problems of rooms and other issues in the college. He said that students should listen carefully to the lessons held in the college every day and write them down and practice them continuously. He suggested that all the teachers should conduct exams related to the subjects that are being completed from time to time and pay special attention to each student and ensure that everyone passes. The Collector suggested that if there are any problems in the college, the students and their parents brought that some classrooms are in dilapidated condition in the college, the guardhouse, the RTC bus stop facility for students, and other issues to the attention of the Collector. The Collector said that the necessary desks will be provided in the classrooms immediately, the digital boards required for the online academy will arrive soon, and proposals for the construction of some dilapidated classrooms and a wall, which will be sent to the government, and the construction will be started soon. The Collector inspected the grounds and premises of the college. He instructed MPDO Sattaiah to get the grass and weeds cleaned. Ellareddypet Market Committee Chairperson Sabera Begum, Tehsildar Sujatha, District Intermediate Education Officer Srinivas, College Principal Padmavati, parents of the students and others participated in the program.
