Special focus should be placed on scholarship applications

RSD-Sircilla news: In-charge Collector Garima Agrawal directed that special attention be paid to completing pre-matric and post-matric scholarship applications. A review meeting was held on 30.12.2025 at the auditorium of the District Integrated Offices Complex with SC, ST, BC, and Minority district officials, MEOs, and hostel welfare officers regarding pre-matric and post-matric scholarship applications and other related matters. Speaking on the occasion, In-charge Collector Garima Agrawal instructed that pre-matric and post-matric scholarship applications should be completed as per the target in all mandals of the district. She said that a special drive should be undertaken to ensure that all eligible students apply for pre-matric and post-matric scholarships. She clarified that if anyone lacks caste or income certificates for scholarship registration, the concerned Tahsildar should take responsibility for providing them to the student immediately. She emphasized that all eligible students should be registered for post-matric and pre-matric scholarships. Additional Collector Gaddam Nagesh, Trainee Deputy Collector Nikita, DEO Vinod Kumar, DSCDO Ravinder Reddy, Minority Welfare Officer Bharati, LDM Mallikarjuna Rao, and others were present at the meeting.
