Unused items and equipment should be removed says Collector Garima Agrawal

RSD- Siricilla News: Collector Garima Agrawal has ordered that every government office should be removed from unused items and equipment. As part of the 99 day program of the Public Administration Progress Plan, a cleanliness program was organized in the district integrated office complex on 10.03.2026, and Collector Garima Agrawal attended and inspected. The offices of Irrigation Department, EEPR, R&B, BC Welfare Department, DT CPO, Labor Department, Geology Department, DRDO, Mining, CPO, Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Cooperation Department, Excise, Education Department, Medical and Health Department, Civil Supplies Department, Employment Generation Department, Survey and Land Records, District Panchayat Office, Treasury Department, AO Office, DPRO, Welfare Department etc. on the ground floor, first floor, second floor were inspected along with Collector Garima Agrawal and Additional Collector Gaddam Nagesh. The furniture, files, records and equipment in various rooms of the respective offices were examined. Speaking on this occasion, Collector Garima Agrawal directed that steps be taken to ensure that every district department office and mandal office is kept clean as part of the 99 day program of the Public Administration Progress Plan as per the orders of the state government. It was clarified that the files and registers in the office should be prepared like a storeroom and stored as per the rules. It was suggested that unnecessary things should be removed. He ordered to remove useless items and electronic devices from the office premises. The Collector said that plants should be planted in the available pots.
