RSD-Sircilla news: In this project, we used thermal coal, activated carbon, filters, chimney and water purification system for carbon purification. We used a total of five methods for water purification. We set up separate tanks for those five stages:

1. Screening

2. Sedimentation

3. Aeration

4. Biological Treatment

5. Filtration

These tanks are used to collect waste materials. We separate the collected dust and waste for recycling. In addition, we have also added a gas leakage alarm, fire alarm, and fire extinguisher setup in this project. All these equipments are shown for showcase in the project. Finally, the project is designed to also install street lights with solar panels for use in non-domestic areas such as forests and wilderness areas.

Estimated Cost of Implementing this Entire Project in Real Life (Estimation / Quotation)

Note: This is a rough estimate of what would be required if a school level project were implemented in a real field. It may vary slightly based on location, material prices, and suppliers.

1. Water Purification System (5 Step Purification Tanks)

• 5 Large Tanks: 40,000 – 60,000

• Above Filters + Activated Carbon + Pipes: 25,000 – 35,000

• Installation & Labor: 20,000

Subtotal: 85,000 – 1,15,000

2. Gas Purification + Chimney

• Chimney + Carbon Filters: 15,000 – 20,000

• Sensor Unit: 5,000

Subtotal: 20,000 – 25,000

3. Gas Leakage + Fire Alarm + Fire Extinguisher

• Gas Sensor Alarm: 2,500 – 5,000

• Smoke sensor: 1,500 – 3,000

• Fire extinguisher: 3,000 – 4,500

Subtotal: 7,000 – 12,500

 4. Auto lighting system (Forest areas)

• PIR (motion) sensors: 1,000 – 2,000

• LED flood lights (2 units): 3,000 – 5,000

• Control unit: 1,000

Subtotal: 5,000 – 8,000

5. Solar street lights for non-domestic areas

• Single solar street light: 10,000 – 15,000

(Real installation may require 2–5 lights depending on area.)

Subtotal: 10,000 – 75,000

Total Estimate:

1,27,000 – 2,35,000 (approx)

This estimate is only half of what would be required if the school level model were implemented in a real village/forest area.
