CMR Target Must Be Completed Within Deadline… Collector Garima Agarwal Orders Rice Millers
RSD_Rajanna Sircilla: District Collector Garima Agarwal has ordered rice millers to complete the Custom Milling Rice (CMR) target within the deadline set by the government.
On Saturday, the Collector held a review meeting with rice millers and Civil Supplies Department officials at the Conference Hall of the District Integrated Office Complex, along with Additional Collector Gaddam Nagesh. The progress of CMR delivery for the 2024-25 Yasangi, 2025-26 Kharif and Yasangi seasons was reviewed.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector directed the Civil Supplies Department officials to set daily targets for each rice mill and continuously review their achievement. She suggested identifying mills that are lagging behind in achieving targets and holding meetings with their managers to speed up CMR delivery. She made it clear that targets must be completed within the stipulated deadline as per government orders.
