Electricity meter reading should be taken as per rules
RSD- Sircilla news: Biyamkar Srinivas, President of Sircilla Civil Welfare Committee said that the authorities have been asked to take the reading of electricity meters properly as per the rules of the Electricity Board. On 12.08.2024, he said that he had brought to the attention of the authorities that the consumers were suffering losses due to taking the reading on the 31st day after using electricity for 28 days. He said that when he complained about the two lakh bill on one meter, the board rejected the argument of the CESS officials. He said that many issues have been brought to the attention of the authorities and they have not responded positively. Among those who met the officials were Joginipalli Sampath Rao, Kusuma Ganesh and others.
