Chakali Ailamma birth anniversary celebrations
RSD- Sircilla news: On 10.09.2024, at Chakali Ailamma Square in Sircilla Town, Sircilla Rajaka Sangam organized the funeral programs of Chakali Ailamma (Chityala Ailamma) and President of Municipal Corporation Jindam Kala Chakrapani, State Secretary of BRS Party Guduri Praveen, District President Thota Agaiah, President of Sircilla Branch Jindam Chakrapani were present as chief guests. On this occasion, Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of Municipal Corporation said that Vanita Chakali Ailamma (Chityala Ailamma) was the inspiration of the Telangana movement. Born in the weaker sections, Chakali Ailamma fought as an armed farmer of Telangana against the tyranny of the Rajakars. Respecting the ambitions of Chakali Ailamma, who fought for land rights for the upliftment of the poor people, on the occasion of her 39th death anniversary, tributes have been paid to Chakali Ailamma. With Chakali Ailamma’s fighting spirit, many women played a vital role in the special Telangana State Sadhana Movement. In order to convey to future generations the fighting spirit of Chakali Ailamma who fought for the rights of the people of Telangana, KCR the first Chief Minister of Telangana in the separate state of Telangana, organized the birth anniversary programs of Chityala Ailamma and worked hard to continue her ambitions.
As part of that, when the Sircilla Rajaka Association asked the current legislators BRS Party Working President KTR to install a statue of Chakali Ailamma in Sircilla, he immediately responded and reminded that the bronze statue was installed in Sircilla in 2023 and the previous government honored the fighters and intellectuals of the Telangana region. On this occasion, she said that the Jayanthi celebrations were organized by the government and honored the dignitaries. Later on this occasion she called upon everyone to continue the ambitions of Chakali Ailamma and work towards building an equal society. Similarly, Dandu Srinivas, President of Sircilla Rajaka Sangam said that MLA KTR G, Municipal Chairperson Jindam Kala Chakrapani, District President of BRS Party Thota Agaiah, who worked hard to set up Chakali Ailamma statue in Sircilla town, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has directly or indirectly contributed to this. He said that a great tribute was paid to Chakali Ailamma. Municipal Vice Chairman Manche Srinivas, Councilors Veldandi Devdasu, Lingampally Satyanarayana, Darla Sandeep, Urban Bank Vice Chairman Addagatla Murali, Ambedkar Youth Association President Kattera Devdas, Mala Mahanadu Leaders Ragula Ramulu, Rajaka Association Leaders Ndar, Marupaka Srinivas, Vikram, Srinivas, leaders of various political parties, leaders of caste associations and people participated and paid tributes to Chakali Ailamma.
