RSD- Sircilla news: The owners in the Sircilla textile industry have demanded immediate subsidy of the cages due for Bathukamma sarees. On 21.08.2023, they started an indefinite protest in front of the Polyester Producers Association, demanding immediate subsidy for Pinjara, which was supposed to arrive in owners account. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders of the owners association expressed their concern over the fact that the authorities have not yet fulfilled the promise made by the polyester owners to provide the cage subsidy regarding the production of Bathukamma sarees. They demanded immediate subsidy of the cages as per the previous agreement. Government asked employers to understand their financial situation and respond. It has been clarified that till the subsidy is given, the agitation will continue. Many owners participated in the protest.
