Bandi Sanjay’s reply on KTR’s legal notice
RSD-Hyderabad news: It is known that BRS Working President KTR has sent a legal notice to Union Minister Bandi Sanjay for making defamatory remarks. Recently, the central minister gave a strong reply to KTR’s legal notice. He said that he saw in the media that former minister KTR had sent him a legal notice. There is no fear even if they want to scare with a legal notice. He made it clear that he is not afraid of anyone. He said that it was KTR who first made personal accusations against him and insulted him. They threw a satire on KTR by saying that people know his fate. He said he knows what happened in the case of phone tapping and drugs and how those cases were watered down. He revealed that till now he has replied word by word. He will reply to legal notices with notices. Union Minister Bandi Sanjay made it clear that we are people who respect law and justice, we will move forward according to law and justice. Union Minister Bandi Sanjay released a press statement to this effect on 23.10.2024. Former Minister KTR gave legal notices to Union Minister Bandi Sanjay. He warned that legal action would be necessary if he did not apologize unconditionally within a week. On October 19th 2024, Bandi Sanjay told the media that KTR stated in his notices that false allegations were made against him. He said that he was taking drugs and had made unsubstantiated allegations that he was involved in phone tapping when BRS was in power. It is mentioned in the notices that the Union Minister has also mentioned the name of his father KCR in the matter of phone tapping. Bandi Sanjay’s comments insulted KTR’s personality and tarnished his image. The former minister challenged Bandi Sanjay to prove his comments that he took drugs, did phone tapping and secretly met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to avoid cases. He warned that legal action would be taken if he made defamatory comments at will without any evidence. KTR said that the comments made by Bandi Sanjay were widely publicized through the media and social media due to which there was a risk of people misunderstanding him. KTR strongly denied the allegations of drugs including phone tapping.
