Case registered for illegal land registration
RSD- Vemulawada news: A person named Syed Haider, a resident of Tettekunta village, bought 14 guntas of land in Tettekunta in 1980 from Kotte Shivayya, a resident of Marupaka. He died 10 years ago. Since then, his family members have been in possession of the land. But they did not register the land in their name in the revenue records. They came to know that Godisela Padma, a resident of Narasimhulapally Tangallapalli mandal, had created false documents and registered the land in her name. Based on the complaint of Syed Basha, son of Syed Haider, the Vemulawada Town Police registered a case and sent Godisela Padma to remand on 05.12.2024.
