They tried to hide this matter without telling the family members or revealing it to the public. They acted inhumanely by not taking him to the hospital and without providing proper treatment. He had another heart attack on 12.12.2024 morning, they took him to Sangareddy Hospital and they are saying that they will take him to Hyderabad due to our pressure. Along with them, Raghavendra and Basappa’s health is also in serious trouble. Our leader Patnam Narender Reddy has many health problems. The government brought a farmer who had a heart attack to the hospital in shackles, which was unfair and inhumane. A man who should have been brought on a stretcher or in an ambulance was brought in shackles. Such cruel and inhumane behavior is unforgivable. It is a violation of their rights under Articles 14, 16, 19 of the Constitution. It is a violation of the rights of undertravel prisoners according to the new Criminal Act, BNSS, and also according to the police manuals and jail manuals. KTR requests the Chief Justice of the State High Court to take this matter suo moto. He requests the State Governor to order a proper inquiry into this matter. The Chief Minister is having fun in Jaipur by organizing parties and entertainment. But the tribal farmers of Telangana are in danger of death in jails. Exactly a month ago, the farmers of Lagacharla revolted against the government that was for grabbing their lands. District Collector Pratik Jain said that no attack was made on him. But the government and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy took his personal reputation as a threat and filed cases against them. He said that his pride was hurt, and took his reputation as a threat and arrested 17 farmers on the same day. BRS party leader, former MLA Patnam Narender Reddy, was arrested.The police tortured all the farmers who were taken into custody to the third degree.
