KTR will stay in the High Court

RSD- Hyderabad news: The High Court ordered not to demolish Janwada Farm House till 22.08.2024. HYDRA has issued notices objecting to the demolition of BRS working president KTR’s farm house in Janwada. After receiving these notices, Pradeep Reddy approached the Telangana High Court on behalf of KTR. An inquiry was held on 21.08.2024. They do not want to give a stay without demolishing the farm house. Recently, the High Court questioned the lawyer on behalf of the government as to what are the procedures of Hydra in the context of demolition of buildings constructed by occupying ponds in the city. The government counsel asked that he would explain the legal status of HYDRA on 22.08.2024. The High Court ordered not to demolish the structures till 22.08.2024. But the hearing was adjourned.
