Online census in Telangana begins

RSD- Telangana news: All arrangements are in place to conduct the census in Telangana for the first time. Bharati Holikeri, the Director of Census Operations for Telangana State, announced the statewide schedule for the census. The census will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, details must be registered online between April 26^th and May 9^th 2026. Subsequently, from May 11^th to June 9^th 2026, enumerators will visit households to collect data. The final phase of the census will be conducted from February 9^th , 2027, to February 28^th , 2027. The entire process of census data collection will be carried out using a completely digital method.
