PD Act against four accused in ganja and attempt murder

RSD- Vemulawada news: Four persons, namely Byreddy Vinay, Eerla Sai, Vastad Akhil, Neduri Rajesh, from Vemulawada town, were previously convicted in ganja cases, attempt to murder cases, and murder cases and served sentences, but there has been no change in their behavior. Since the above four accused are frequently committing crimes, terrorizing the people and disturbing the peace, the District Collector has issued orders to implement the PD Act against the accused. District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha, District SP Mahesh, Vemulawada Town Inspector Veera Prasad issued arrest orders under the PD Act to Byreddy Vinay, Irla Sai, Vastad Akhil, and Neduri Rajesh and the accused were shifted to Cherlapalli Jail on 30.06.2025. The District SP warned on this occasion that no one will be spared if they engage in illegal activities by terrorizing the people in the district. He warned that the police will keep a constant vigil on the rowdy sheeters in the district and the perpetrators of old cases, and that the PD Act will be implemented against those who have been accused in many cases in the past and who frequently commit crimes.

1. Byreddy Vinay s/o Raju, 28 years, r/o Konayyapalli, Vemulawada.

2. Eerla Sai s/o Murali, 24 years, r/o Uppugadda, Vemulawada Town.

3. Vastad Akhil s/o Srinivas, 22 years, r/o Uppugadda, Vemulawada.

4. Neduri Rajesh s/o Rajanarsu, 30 years old, Vemulawada Rural Mandal Balarajpally (V).
