Review on Organ Transplant Policy & Clinical Establishments Act
RSD-Telangana news: Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha chaired a high level review meeting at the Secretariat with private hospital managements on THOTA policy formulation, organ donation promotion and implementation of the Clinical Establishments Act. He stressed simplifying organ donation procedures, regulating transplant costs to ensure affordability, and strengthening the organ transplant ecosystem in Telangana. Health Secretary DR. Christina Z. Chongthu, DME DR. Narendra Kumar, Jeevandan Director DR.Bhushan Raj, TVVP Commissioner DR. Ajay Kumar and representatives of private hospitals participated.
