RSD- Hyderabad news: The Supreme Court has issued notices to BRS Working President KTR. The Supreme Court has issued these notices on his comments that the Congress government has committed corruption worth Rs 25,000 crore. A petition filed by Congress leader Atram Suguna was heard in the Supreme Court on 06.06.2025. A bench comprising Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma heard the petition. KTR alleged that a scam of Rs. 25,000 crore was committed in the name of Musi Prakashala. A complaint was filed against him after Atram Suguna filed a complaint at the Utnoor police station objecting to these comments. KTR had earlier approached the High Court seeking to quash the case registered against him at the Utnoor PS. After hearing the arguments, the court quashed this FIR. With this, Atram Suguna approached the Supreme Court challenging the High Court verdict. The Supreme Court heard the petition filed by her on 06.06.2025. A bench comprising Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma issued notices to KTR asking him to reply to the petition. It remains to be seen how KTR will respond to these notices.
