RSD- Sircilla news: Teachers at Kusuma Ramaiah Zilla Parishad High School staged a protest wearing black badges during lunchtime.  Speaking at the protest, JACTO leaders said that teachers across the country are protesting on 09.01.2026 by wearing black badges, demanding that the central government immediately resolve the problems of teachers and the education sector. They demanded that teachers already in service be exempted from the TET exam, that the National Pension Scheme be abolished and the old pension scheme be restored for the security of employees, that primary school teachers be given the right to vote in MLC elections, that the unscientific National Education Policy be repealed, and that the merger and closure of schools be stopped and a common school system be introduced to provide equal and quality education to all. Dasari Ravinder, Pathuri Mahender Reddy, Pakala Shankar Goud, Kola Saritha, Kammari Mallesham, Haz Naik, Tokala Sandhyarani, Akula Srihari, Tadigoppula Sambayya, Jingiti Sammayya, Mittapalli Lakshminarayana, Velpula Manjulatha, Torrikonda Suvarna Prasanna, Srilatha Gous and others participated in this protest.
