RSD- Telangana news: Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka warned that the selection of beneficiaries of welfare schemes should be completely transparent and that the authorities will be held responsible if the ineligible are selected. He ordered that the beneficiaries should be selected in the gram sabhas themselves, and that the Indiramma committees should be involved in this. The list of beneficiaries should be announced in the gram sabhas themselves. The list of selected beneficiaries should be approved by the district minister and reported to the government for sanction. He suggested that flexi boards should be set up in the villages with the details of beneficiaries who have received government schemes. On 13.01.2025, Bhatti Vikramarka, along with Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Khammam District Collector Muzammil Khan, and Bhadradri Kothagudem District Collector Jitish Patil, conducted a review on the newly launched welfare schemes in the state. Speaking on the occasion, he said that if landless agricultural families with employment guarantee job cards work for 20 days in a year, they will be given Rs. 12,000 annually under Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa. He said that new ration cards will be given from January 26th 2025 and Indiramma Mananu, Rythu Bharosa and Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa schemes will be launched. He explained that more than Rs. 45,000 crore will be spent on these schemes.
