Case on a person for posting hateful posts in WhatsApp

RSD- Sircilla news: On this occasion, Sircilla Town Inspector K. Krishna spoke to the people and said that on 31-12-2024, a case was registered at Sircilla Town Police Station against a person named Nagula Srinivas’ father Parasharamulu, who posted hateful posts in BJP SIRCILLA TOWN WhatsApp groups against a person belonging to a community and inciting hatred among the people. However, some people are intentionally trying to provoke again. If they do so, they will also be liable for criminal action. Therefore, they should refrain from doing things that disrupt peace and security and should not post unnecessary messages in groups. He stated that legal action will be taken against those who intentionally post posts that incite hatred among people, insulting religions or communities, or who forward posts posted by others.
