Chekumuki Science Festival-2024

RSD- Sircilla news: Chekumuki Science Festival-2024 Students selected for the district level were organized in Sircilla on 21.11.2024 under the Jana Vigyan Vedika. Students from ten schools in the mandal participated in these examination competitions. Jana Vigyan Vedika State Secretary Marwadi Gangaraju, who was present as the chief guest for this program, said that Jana Vigyan Vedika, an organization that has been working tirelessly to promote scientific attitude and science promotion in the society, has been awarded the highest national award in science promotion by the Department of Science and Technology, Central Government. For the last 35 years, Jana Vigyan Vedika has been successfully organizing the “Chekumuki Science Festival”. He said that the Telangana Government’s Integrated Education Department is also encouraging and supporting science festivals designed to instill interest in science among students, increase proficiency in science, unleash creative energy, arouse scientific ideas and curiosity, promote science study, develop a scientific outlook, and help them grow as scientists. He congratulated the students of ZPHS Nehru Nagar and ZPHS Geetha Nagar from the government school section, Rangineni Trust School from the residential section, and Sri Chaitanya School Siricilla from the private section for showing excellent performance in 21.11.2024 conducted Mandal level examination and being selected for the district level. In this program, Mandal Education Officer Doosa Raghupathi, Science Officer Pamula Devaiah, Government High School Principal Chakinala Srinivas, Janavignan Vedi Mandal Incharge Gorre Rajalingam, Karunakar Reddy, Salauddin, teachers and students participated.
