Husband killed by insecticide poured in his ears

RSD- Karimnagar news: According to the details given by the police. Ailaveni Sampath (45) and Ramadevi, a couple from Karimnagar, have a son and daughter who are both in their twenties. Sampath works as a sweeper in a library in Karimnagar while Ramadevi sells Sarvapindi(breakfast). Karre Rajaiah (50), a native of Karimnagar, often came to her for Sarvapindi, where they met. That led to an extramarital affair. However, her husband was already completely addicted to alcohol and was harassing her. Ramadevi made a big sketch to get rid of Sampath with the relationship formed by Rajaiah. She planned to kill her husband with her boyfriend Rajaiah and her distant relative Keesari Srinivas (35). Ramadevi learned from a YouTube video that if you put insecticide in someone’s ears, that person will die immediately, and planned to kill her husband in the same way. She told her boyfriend Rajaiah and Srinivas the same thing. On July 29th 2025, they both offered Sampath to have a party. With this, they both asked him to come to Bommakkal flyover that same day, and Sampath reached there. There, the three of them drank a lot together. However, when Sampath became too drunk and fell down, Rajaiah and Srinivas immediately poured the insecticide they had brought with them into his ears. Sampath died on the spot in a short time. Later, both of them left in different directions. However, Ramadevi went to the police station as if she did not know anything and complained that her husband was missing. Ramadevi, Rajaiah and Srinivas also pretended to be trying to find Sampath’s whereabouts. They informed the police that they had found the body on August 1st 2025. However, Ramadevi requested the police not to conduct a postmortem on the body instead of trying to find out the cause of her husband’s death. As the police became suspicious, they conducted an investigation based on Ramadevi’s call data, phone location and CCTV footage. She, Rajaiah, and Srinivas were detained and questioned in their own style, and they confessed to having murdered Sampath. The three were arrested and remanded.
