Illegal property grab in the name of debt clearance

RSD- Sircilla news: Sircilla DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy said on this occasion that, a person named Dubala Mondaiah of Nehru Nagar, Sircilla, gave loans at high interest rates to the needy and mortgaged their house documents on top of blank bond papers and if they did not pay those debts, he expropriated their properties or the properties worth more than the given amount were given to others in his own name. Sircilla DSP said that a case has been registered in Sircilla town police station on 27.07.2024 in the background of the complaints of Dubala Mondaiah who is deceiving innocent people to register the sale. The DSP said that there are many victims who have been cheated by Dubala Mondaiah, and if such victims file a complaint at Sircilla Town Police Station, legal action will be taken.
