RSD-Hyderabad news: The Formula-E race matter has reached the Supreme Court. Former minister KTR approached the Supreme Court after the High Court dismissed the quash petition filed by him seeking quashment of the case registered by the ACB. In this context, KTR also faced a hurdle in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has refused to hear KTR’s quash petition in the Formula E car race case on 10.01.2025. CJI Justice Sanjiv Khanna made it clear that he will hear it that day as it was listed for hearing on the 15th January 2025. He opined that there was no need to hear KTR’s quash petition before that. Before KTR went to the Supreme Court, the government approached the Supreme Court. It had filed a caveat petition in this case in advance. In it, the government requested that if KTR files a petition against the High Court verdict, its arguments should also be heard. On the other hand, KTR has appeared before the ACB inquiry in the Formula-E race case. ACB officials are questioning him on the orders given by IAS officer Arvind Kumar to organize the race.
