Police Martyrs’ Week celebrated in the district

RSD- Sircilla news: District SP started a cycle rally from Netanna Square in the district center on the commemoration of police martyrs. SP Akhil Mahajan IPS said that a cycle rally program was organized on 25.10.2024 evening from Nethanna statue in the city limits to Bathukamma Ghat via Ambedkar, New Bus Stand and Gandhi Square as part of the commemoration week of Police Martyrs. On this program the SP said that this cycle rally will be useful in commemorating the police martyrs who lost their lives in the line of duty and making people aware of the efforts of the police to establish peace and order in the society. Police officers from all departments of the district along with many members of the city participated in this rally in large numbers. SP urged people, youth and media friends to participate in the mega blood donation camp organized under the district police department at Padmanayaka function hall in the town at 09:00 am as part of police martyrs week celebrations on 26.10.2024 morning. Additional SP Chandraiah, DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy, CIs, RIs and SIs participated in this program.
