Sankranthi celebrations literary program
RSD- Sircilla news: Renowned literary figure Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar participated as the guest of honor. A Sankranthi celebrations literary program was organized in a grand style at the local Siricilla library on 12.01.2025 morning under the Rajannasiricilla District Literary Committee. International Benevolent Research Forum member and renowned literary figure Dr. Chitikena Kiran Kumar participated as the guest of honor in the program. Speaking on this occasion Chitikena said that our culture and traditions are changing due to oriental trends and only when we protect our cultural traditions will we survive. The meeting was attended by the library chairman Nagula Satyanarayana Goud as the chief guest, Siricilla Sahitya Samiti President Dr. Janapala Shankaraiah and General Secretary Vengala Lakshman. Poets and writers such as Neroju Ramesh, Bura Devanandam, Dr. Vasara Veni Parasuramulu, Kodam Narayana, Chepur Butchaiah and others were present and recited poems on the Sankranti celebrations.
