Urination is free in Sulabha complexes
RSD- Sircilla news: When the Municipal Commissioner was asked according to RTI act regarding charging a fee for urination in Sulabha complexes run by the Municipality in Sircilla by Sircilla Public Welfare Committee President Biankar Srinivas. It is said that there are rules not to charge fees and orders have been issued to implement these rules. Through RTI, a copy of the order was also given. The rules have been flouted by the Sulabha Complex people. It is informed to the public that these rules have to be implemented even now. Accordingly, there is no need to pay any fee for urination. If anyone asks for money, they can complain to the Municipal Commissioner. Sircilla Public Welfare Committee President Biyamkar Srinivas, Vice President Chikoti Anil, Assistant Secretary Kusuma Ganesh, Treasurer Chippa Devadas, Member Bhoga Rajaiah and Vemula Posetti participated in this.
