Petition submitted on pending GPF final payment of retired teachers
RSD-Sircilla news: On 09.03.2026, under the leadership of Rajanna Siricilla District Retired Employees Association District President Mallarapu Purushottam, a petition was submitted to District Collector Smt. Garima Agarwal in the Collectorate’s Prajavani regarding the pending GPF final payment bills of retired teachers. On this occasion, District President Mallarapu Purushottam said that even though the teachers in Rajanna Siricilla district who retired eight months ago submitted proposals, the GPF final payment of retired employees has not been sanctioned till today. We, who have served the government for 35 to 45 years, had hoped that during our retirement days, we would get the money we saved with us, legally and fairly, and the final payment dues. In this old age, our retired teachers are facing many problems, such as financial problems, children’s marriages, etc., and are experiencing mental anguish. This GPF Final payment issue is the matter of Zilla Parishad Office Deputy CO Smt. Macha Geetha Madam despite several requests. They have kept our GPF final payment bills pending. Therefore, we request the Collector to clear the GPF file payments due to us in this matter. The leaders of the District Retired Teachers Associations G Srinivas, A Ashok Reddy, M. A Rehman and others participated in this program.
