One year and 08 months imprisonment for two thieves in theft case
RSD- Sircilla news: According to the prosecution story,on 04.08.2023, a person named Annaldas Ramesh of Sircilla sold iron goods of Rs. 10000. After putting them in the auto and going into the grocery shop, he was deceived and he filed a complaint at Sircilla Town Police Station. The police investigated and arrested Sandhu Saikumar s/o Shankar of Konaravupeta Mandal, Venkatravupeta Village.
On 31.05.2023, Peddeveni Bhaskar of Ellareddypet filed a complaint that his bike parked in the bus stand parking lot was stolen, the police investigated and arrested Yusuf Guda and Sadda Chintu s/o John Wesley of Hyderabad and were brought to court and sentenced to 8 months imprisonment and a fine of Rs.200.
Sircilla Town Inspector Upender and Ellareddipet SI Ramakanth said in a statement that Sircilla First Class Judge Himabindu delivered the verdict on 19.09.2023 while Sircilla Court Constable V. Naresh and Ellareddipet Court Constable Shankar produced witnesses under CMS SI Lavudya Srikanth.
