Allegations that police ignored complaint filed are false

RSD-Tangallapalli news: There is a false propaganda that the police ignored the recent suicide of former MPTC Karikaveni Kuntayya of Ankushapur village in Tangallapalli mandal. On 25.08.2023, Karikaveni Kuntayya filed a complaint against Malyala Nagaraju at Tangallapalli Police Station alleging that he had registered land that he did not own. Tangallapalli Police immediately responded and registered a case against Malyala Nagaraju under Cr.No.278/2023 U/s 420, 384 r/w 511, 506 IPC. After collecting the necessary evidence, completing the investigation, a charge sheet was filed in the Honorable Court. On 12-12-2024, Ganga Kishta Reddy filed a complaint at the Tangallapalli Police Station that Karikaveni Kuntayya had cheated him in another land matter, and the Tangallapalli Police registered a case under Cr.No.427/2024, completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in the court. In this context, the police responded fairly and impartially to the false allegations and rumors being spread against the police and find them to be true and took appropriate legal action. It is also informed that the police did not interfere in any land-related matters and civil disputes and investigated within the scope of the law.
