Family-24 and T-6 tickets discounted tickets have been withdrawn
RSD-Hyderabad news: RTC gave a shock to the passengers traveling in city buses in Greater Hyderabad on the New Year. Family-24 and T-6 tickets have been announced on 31.12.2023. This decision will come into effect from January 1, 2024. As a result, you will have to travel in city ordinary and metro express buses with the full ticket price. Until a few weeks ago, the RTC was waiting for passengers on the roads. To fill up the seats in the buses, it has opened many experiments like introduction of Family-24 and T-6 concessional tickets. After the Mahalakshmi scheme came into force, the traffic in RTC buses increased suddenly. Now the passengers are waiting for the buses. The OR (Occupancy Ratio) which indicates the ratio of seat replacement in RTC buses has increased from 69 to 89 i.e. 20 percent. Demand for RTC has increased due to anticipation from passengers. With this, Family-24 and T-6 discounted tickets have been withdrawn.
