RSD- Sircilla news: In a statement on 18.07.2024, Sircilla DSP said that strict action will be taken if illegal acts are committed in the name of reels, videos and photos with prohibited weapons and dangerous maneuvers on vehicles to go viral on social media and there will be 24/7 police vigil on social media in the district. On this occasion, DSP said that the District Police has taken action against those who are doing illegal activities by posting videos, photos and reels on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube) by holding them with prohibited weapons and causing trouble to the general public on various occasions in order to cause trouble to the general public. He said that 24/7 vigilance will be taken and action will be taken. He warned that some youths in Sircilla town are doing dangerous stunts on vehicles and posting videos on social media to go viral. He said that action will be taken against the admins who post obscenities on social media, posts that incite religious hatred and disrupt peace and order. A few days after a man named Toticharla Sai Vardhan went viral on social media in Sircilla town center on 17.07.2024, he posted videos on Instagram of doing tricks with talwar and sword and terrorizing people.
