Protesting delay in implementation of 42 percent BC reservations

RSD-Sircilla news: Protesting the delay in the implementation of 42 percent reservations, BC leaders submit a petition to the statue of the architect of the Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.The BC struggle is not against any community. The struggle is for the rights, self-respect, share, and quota of BCs in proportion to the population. Regardless of the verdicts of the courts, a request is made to hold elections for BCs with 42 percent, legally, scientifically, and constitutionally. BCs were given 42 percent reservation in local body elections, and BC JAC leaders Kadarla Ramulu, Illandula Venkatesh, Pinninti Hanmandlu and others informed that the BC JAC leaders Kadarla Ramulu, Illandula Venkatesh, Pinninti Hanmandlu and others had approached the courts, claiming that the state government had issued a special election schedule and election notification under G.O 9, which provided for 42 percent reservation for BCs, was illegal and unconstitutional. BC JAC leaders Polasa Narender, Kadari Ramulu, Illandula Venkatesh, Pinninthi Hanmandlu and others appealed to the state government in their speeches to hold local elections implementing 42 percent reservation legally, constitutionally, scientifically and transparently, regardless of the court rulings.
