De-addiction center, legal aid clinic launched in Sircilla
RSD- Sircilla news: With the aim of providing free legal services to the people of the district, a legal aid clinic was launched on 06.10.2025 under the Rajanna Sircilla District Legal Services Authority. The clinic was set up at the De-addiction and Rehabilitation Center at Rajiv Nagar Basti Hospital in the town. Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Senior Civil Judge Radhika Jaiswal, informed this. She explained that this program was taken up under the guidance of District Chief Justice P. Neeraj on the orders of the Member Secretary of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad. DM&HO Rajitha coordinated the establishment of the legal aid clinic, and Radhika Jaiswal stated that it was started with the permission of District SP Mahesh B. Gite. She said that the poor and needy will get free legal advice and assistance through this clinic. Chintoju Bhaskar, Lok Adalat member Praveen, psychiatric experts, medical officer Mani Varma, nursing officer E. Swathi and others participated in this inaugural program.
